I mean, Biosphere.
I always thoughts zoos should have really cool exhibits on bacteria, with microscopes for viewing, etc. In fact, it would be kind of cool to combine zoo/arboretum/etc... but I guess that's sort of what a bio-reserve tries to do. I'm envisioning something like Biodome though.
Human exhibits - in their natural environment: working in the office, sitting down to eat dinner, etc.
